We recently used Smart Automation to install cameras for multiple business locations. Jim the owner was super responsive, and a real pleasure to work with. We are super happy with the cameras and the quality of the image. Jim installed 5 cameras and made sure everything was perfect before completing the job. Jim has been great to work with and I’ve used SMART Automation a couple of times for different smart home projects. Most recently, I had Jim do a complete installation of a Brilliant lighting system in my new home. While there was a natural learning curve to figure out this system, as it was Jim’s first time installing a Brilliant system, he and his colleague David did a fantastic job of getting it all installed. We did over 20 Brilliant light switches plus the control panel, as well as just updated some vanilla rocker switches to Lutron’s black switches. Overall, a great job and I would definitely recommend and work with Jim again. He’s passionate, knowledgable, and enjoys doing small and large smart home projects.
